My wife and I are recently married, and had not yet gone through the process of writing our wills. We came into the marriage with a difference of assets on hand, and conversely liabilities. It was not a tough topic for us to discuss, but to sort it all out and to organize how to allocate everything, one way or the other, was frankly daunting.
